Human Services Campus, Inc. (HSC) is a collaborative agency along with 15 partners in one location providing resources to individuals experiencing homelessness in Maricopa County. Located in downtown Phoenix, the HSC is comprised of a dynamic team committed to assisting individuals with ending their homelessness. Hotel Lead
The Hotel Lead is responsible for assisting the Supportive Services Manager in all areas pertaining to the Project 8 Hotel Program and assists in overseeing scheduling, training and monitoring of work responsibilities completion and compliance of staff.
Respiro Daytime Engagement Specialist
The Respiro Engagement Specialist provides direct service to individuals whom utilize Respiro by way of outreach and engagement to seek specifically to connect individuals experiencing homelessness with permanent housing, physical and mental health services, and other necessary resources
Behavioral Health Housing Navigator
The Behavioral Health Navigator (BHN) at the Human Services Campus serves as a liaison between homeless Mercy Care members accessing the CES and behavioral health services systems.
SOAR Benefits Specialist
The SOAR program is an exciting initiative, which builds off of a model developed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
Client Engagement Rep
The Client Engagement Rep position will join our Supportive Services team in their efforts to engage clients in ending their homelessness as quickly as possible.
Medically Focused Coordinated Entry Navigator
The Medically Focused Coordinated Entry Navigator works with medically vulnerable and elderly clients, connecting them to healthcare, housing and other resources.
Crisis Intervention Specialist
The Crisis Intervention Specialist is the point of contact for individuals accessing homeless services and experiencing crisis that could result in homelessness at night. (Second and Third Shifts available)
Street to Home Coordinator
The Street to Home Coordinator responsibilities shall be determined by the Navigation Manager and works in conjunction with the SACE Lead and can be revised as necessary with proper notification and training.
Welcome Center Resources Lead
The Welcome Center Resources Lead is responsible for assisting the Welcome Center Manager in all operations pertaining to the Brian Garcia Welcome Center.
Maintenance Technician ( Part – time)
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the support and assistance to the Facilities team of the buildings and grounds of the organization with the continuance of the upkeep of all equipment and supplies.
Volunteer and Events Coordinator
The HSC Volunteer & Events Coordinator (VC) is responsible for planning and organizing volunteer programs, recruiting volunteers, and day-to-day management of all volunteer-related activities.
Youth Outreach
The Youth Outreach Team works with HSC partner agencies to engage and connect 18-24 year olds experiencing homelessness near and beyond the Campus to services and solutions to end their homelessness.
CES Housing Navigator
The Coordinated Entry System Navigator is responsible for outreaching and engaging clients who are eligible for Single Adult Coordinated Entry (SACE) Housing referrals.
